House Hunting and Taco Night

This weekend was rather nice. On Friday, Kelly and I went to see the movie The Runaways. I liked it, but can't say it was amazing or anything. Saturday was comprised of several entertaining things. First, Stephen and I went to Little Fish for brunch. We've been there once before, and their pancakes are great. This time he opted for bacon pancakes (that's right, the bacon was inside!), and I went with the traditional banana ones. Both were very yummy. Seeing two open house signs in his complex, this gave us an idea for the rest of the afternoon. We walked thru 5 or 6 houses that day. I thought it was hilarious for some reason, and brought my camera along. I'm trying to do this more often.

The first house we saw was aweful, but have a really nice cherry tree in the backyard.
Upon leaving, I saw a man hand painting a sign in the shop window, which I thought was lovely.

The next house we saw was pretty nice. And expensive. All the photos are from that house. The shower apparatus was pretty cool, as well as the third floor loft-style bedroom.

After we exhaused ourselves from climbing all those stairs, we ended up going to Anne and Ryan's house for some tacos. The rest of the night was spent eating, drinking, and talking. Followed by going to Clinton's for some dancing in a very hot, crowded room. Today I've been nursing my slight hangover and relaxing. All in all, I had a great weekend.
